23730 Quindo Violet light Kremer Pigment, 20g plastic container

£9.12 (inc. VAT)
Beautiful Violet from Kremer, similar to Alizarin Violet. Easy to use in acrylic and water based mediums

Quindo Violet light is a pigment Violet 55. It has a similar shade as Alizarin Violet which is no longer available. The pigment can be worked easily in watercolour or acrylic but needs to be ground very thoroughly in oil. The oil ratio is rather high and the addition of a siccative might be helpful. Tempera binders should be tested prior to final applications. Quindo Violet light can be processed very well in Feldmann’s Egg Tempera.
